Owner Michael Dorf, National Booking Director Shlomo Lipetz, Chief People Officer, Ed Greer, and City Winery Chicago GM, Greg Kit were on hand showing agents and managers the new location, as a party held at the Pollstar conference. City Winery was a sponsor giving all attendees a bottle of wine in their registration bag, which was a big hit. At the wine tasting, the new and updated renderings were unveiled. Construction is scheduled to begin in March.

Last night, Michael Dorf unveiled some renderings of City Winery Nashville and served his “Music City Pinot” in the raw (and cold!) building to 20 local investors and stakeholders. While all the plans are still being finalized, it is anticipated that the building permits will be issued before the end of the month and construction will begin by March 1st. Hopefully the deep freeze in the midwest will be over before construction commences. Some extraordinary old wine provided by Tom Black from his cellar was consumed afterwards by a group of guests joining Tom and Michael.
