Tomorrow kicks off the third annual Somms and Sliders festival in New York! Beverage Director, Ganna Fedorova will lead City Winery’s participation in the event. Ganna will take guests on a journey through Napa Valley wine varieties with a focus on the Cabernet Franc. Being that it is so rich yet delicate, the Cabernet Franc makes for an excellent pairing with City Winery’s lamb tzaziki slider. The pairing combines the best flavors of the Mediterranean with Napa Valley’s complex wine. Don’t miss this wonderful pairing! Somms and Sliders runs from October 20th to November 4th.
For more information and to see other participating restaurants visit the Somms and Sliders website.
