City Winery Celebrates Tomato & Vine This August

Tomato and Vine Social

Rich, robust tomato dishes are one of wine’s oldest culinary companions. Starting August 1st in The Barrel Room Restaurant, Tomato & Vine brings the two together for five weeks of delicious specials prepared by Head Chef Nick Anderson with wine pairings curated by Beverage Director J.R. Smith.

Each week features a tomato-based appetizer and entrée, each with an accompanying City Winery wine.

Week 1 – August 1st-5th:

Appetizer: Tomato Gazpacho $8

Wine: Sweet & Simple White 2017, Lumpkin County, GA $9

Entrée: Tomato Basil Ricotta Flatbread topped with Cherry Tomato Salad $16
